Flit is experimental open-source software provided under the MIT License.

By installing or using Flit, you acknowledge that:

• Flit is beta software and may contain defects, lose local cache data, fail to synchronize, or perform mailbox actions differently from what you expect.
• Gmail, Google OAuth, OpenRouter, macOS, and remote email resources are third-party services governed by their own terms.
• You are responsible for maintaining independent access to your mail account and for reviewing important mailbox actions.
• Flit is provided “as is,” without warranties or guarantees of availability, fitness, synchronization completeness, or data preservation, to the extent permitted by law.
• The project contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the software, to the extent permitted by law.

These terms do not override rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. If you do not agree, do not install or use Flit.
